Legal counsel MICHAŁ CZAIŃSKI is the founder and a managing partner of the law firm. Michał Czaiński is a graduate of The Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, graduate of University of Warsaw and holds additional postgraduate diploma in capital market’s law from the University of Warsaw. He completed official, governmental judicial studies, and also obtained both: advocate and legal counsel titles (both roughly correspond to attorney at law title used in the United States and to barrister advocate title used in the United Kingdom).

During his career, among others, Michał Czaiński led a team of several dozen lawyers as the director of the legal department at one of the biggest Polish banks, he was a leading lawyer of ERNST & YOUNG Polska group , he was a practitioner in an advocate’s law firm, worked as a lawyer of the Legislative Committee of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, and gained experience working in the common courts.

Michał Czaiński has participated in numerous transactions, negotiations and disputes of substantial value. He has extensive experience in advising management boards of banks and listed companies, in managing teams and projects, in conducting complex litigation and in negotiating major contracts.

Legal counsel Michał Czaiński specializes in legal-economic cases, as well as in transactions, and in the real estate law.

He speaks fluent English.
